Returns & Exchanges

NAGHEDI accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and dust bags are included. All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; please print this label and securely pack your Naghedi tote in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality standards, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus a small restocking fee.
